How does parole work?

Parole is the investigation into persons who have offended in the past and deciding if they meet the qualifications to be released back into the general population under careful supervision.

How does a pardon work?

Investigations for Pardons, Voter Rights Restoration, and Remissions of Fines and Forfeitures are conducted by the Pardon Unit upon receipt of an application.
